# Building on a Solid Foundation for SAP Transformation

Most transformation programs don’t fail because of poor strategy; they fail because of unknown technical debt.

Technical debt is not just outdated code. It exists acrosscustom legacy applications, obsolete data, and fragmented business processes, all of which can derail SAP projects and inflate budgets when uncovered mid-project.

By identifying and resolving these unknowns early, leading SAP customers can build a solid foundation for modernization.
